Financial Arrangements
Here at Dundee Family Dentistry, we strive to make the financial aspect of your visit as stress-free as possible. Please review the following information in order to help us complete this goal.
Payment Information
Payment is expected at the time dental care and service is performed. If you have dental insurance, we are happy to bill your insurance company, but we ask that you pay your co-payment at the time of your visit. We will provide fee estimates as accurately as we can. Estimates are based entirely on information given to us by you and your insurance company. Please understand that you are completely responsible for your treatment expense regardless of your insurance compensation. 
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal check, Visa, and Mastercard. For patients who desire financing, we are pleased to provide financing through Care Credit. Care Credit offers interest free financing and extended payment plans with reduced interest (upon approval). For Care Credit information please visit their website at www.carecredit.com
Our Insurance Policy
We accept most dental insurance. Our practice will prepare all of the necessary forms for this important benefit. Please remember that your dental insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage, 
but we will do our best to ensure that you receive your maximum benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation of fees for treatment provided should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. If you would like to know what your expected coverage will be, we can submit a pre-authorization estimate to your insurance company. Your insurer will usually respond and send a detailed EOB (explanation of benefits) within 4-6 weeks.
